Back of the box:

When feuding brothers David (Andy Serkis) and Peter (Reece Shearsmith)
abduct a young woman (Jennifer Ellison) and hole up in a remote rural
cottage, their hostage quickly turns the tables on her captors. But soon, it's
all for one when they find that the deranged farmer next door is the real
threat. Hellraiser's Doug Bradley makes a cameo in this blood-drenched
yet humor-laced terror treat from writer-director Paul Andrew Williams.
The Bloody Truth:

Slow paced and very predictable, the offbeat horror of The Cottage only
seems to hit the mark half of the time.  While the film never quite finds its
voice it does have a sort of charm about it.

Don’t expect great things from this movie and be prepared for dark humor
and you may just enjoy the unique characters they have developed.  If you
are in the mood for something the same, yet very different give this film a
try.
Get your twisted mountain men,
mutants and horribly dysfunctional
families here
And the rest.....
