Back of the box:
A young couple stranded at an isolated hotel are shocked to find that their
room is wired with video equipment -- but their anger turns to terror when
they realize that they may become the star attractions in a snuff film. As the
two struggle to escape, they find evidence that the murderous filmmakers
have been producing these twisted movies for quite some time.
The Bloody Truth:
Vacancy delivers as promised an edge of your seat horror thriller that
really doesn't let up until the credits roll. It's a fun watch, blessed with
great actors and the ability to take a common idea and a seemingly cliché
premise and make it somewhat original.
This is a rare film that will please the horror fan yet may be acceptable to
enjoy with the non horror loving boy/girl friend or spouse on date night.
Just don’t be staying in a hotel when you watch it.
