Back of the box:
In this byzantine psychological thriller directed by Dario Piana, working stiff
Ian Stone (Mike Vogel) finds himself trapped in a bizarre reality: Every day
he dies a horrific death at the hands of a killer, only to be resurrected and
murdered again. Can Ian get to the bottom of the mystery and break the
recurring cycle of death and rebirth? Christina Cole, Michael Feast and
Jaime Murray also star.
The Bloody Truth:
Have you ever wanted to live in someone else's shoes? In this film Ian
Stone gets to live that dream, but instead of just changing over to a new
body, he has to die first. He doesn't know this is happening until he starts
to notice strange things happening around him and begins to remember
past memories that never happened.
The film leads you slowly to the answer of why there are "ghosts" following
him through his "lives" and why they eventually kill him when the clock
stops. The acting remains consistently good throughout the film, and the
story leads you down a path of questions, answered by the mysterious
past of Ian Stone.
It's not going to make you grip the edge of your chair or cringe from blood
and guts, instead you're drawn in by the story, characters, and creatures
that haunt Ian's life.
